The first is genetics. You are more likely to get cellulite if your mother had it. As you canâ??t change your genetics, cellulite can be a very difficult problem to treat. The second factor is estrogen. Research has shown that estrogen is intrinsically linked to forming cellulite and is the major reason why women are more susceptible to the condition than men. If you are on the contraceptive pill and want to reduce cellulite, you may want to speak to your doctor about changing to one that has a lower estrogen dose.

The third and final factor is excess weight. The more fat you have on your body the more likely that is will start to bulge from the pockets under the skin. These bulging fat cells are what causes the dimpled appearance on the outer layer of the skin.

Beating constant tiredness and lack of energy

Chronic tiredness is not a disease or a condition like any other; it is a silent epidemic that attacks mainly the active members of the society.  If you start feeling like you get tired at a particular time of the day or even wake up in the morning feeling tired already, it is possible that you are elicit symptoms of tiredness that can develop to become extreme tired, chronic tiredness and eventually fatigue and lethargy.
You can beat tiredness in your life, no matter how long you have persevered with it.  What is important to bear in mind is that this is a problem that is nurtured by your lifestyle and can be gotten rid of by changing your lifestyle, work ethics and general perception towards physical activity and importance of resting.  Constant tiredness and lack of energy can be treated by eating healthy, taking part in physical activities regularly and getting enough rest at night and periodically during the day.
